Ms. Wheelchair USA 2017-2018 Madeline Delp is from Asheville, North Carolina and is a recent college graduate with a degree in foreign languages. She swept the pageant title in July, and has been on the road ever since! Madeline's platform is Live Boundless, and she is in the process of filming an educational video series with each episode featuring a new way to live without being bound by your disability.
