Congratulations to the first Miss Teen Wheelchair USA, Emmy Rabalais! Emmy is from Louisiana and was crowned as the teen winner on July 19. Emmy will spend her year working with the Ms. Wheelchair USA organization and The Dane Foundation, raising funds and promoting programs that support people with physical and developmental disabilities!
