How Can I Receive Help From The Dane Foundation?
We serve individuals with physical and developmental disabilities only.
Everyone MUST Complete & Submit the I NEED HELP Form.
All applications are reviewed by our TDF Board to ensure the individual(s) meet The Dane Foundation's specific disability requirements. Applications are approved at the sole discretion of the TDF Board, and no donations are guaranteed.
Requests for quality-of-life items are available all year around.
Project Elf holiday support applications are ONLY accepted
October 15-November 15 in any year.
You cannot apply for Project Elf using the regular HELP form.
The special Project Elf form will be loaded on October 15 for use.
I Need Help...
The Dane Foundation addresses the unique needs of individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. We specialize in providing "quality-of-life" items such as clothing, toiletries, household cleaning supplies, some food, paper towels, toilet paper, and other similar items.
WE DO NOT provide cash, pay utility bills or mortgage payments, give away gift cards or electronics.
If you are an individual with physical or developmental disabilities, you may qualify for assistance. We do not serve those with mental health or addiction issues. Please contact 211 for assistance in these areas. Qualifying disabilities include PHYSICAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES ONLY!
PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW and submit to our organization. When you fill out the form, please provide all of the information requested and provide as many details as possible. We do not accept requests in any format other than the completion of the official request form.

The Dane Foundation addresses the unique needs of individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. We specialize in providing "quality-of-life" items such as clothing, toiletries, household cleaning supplies, some food, paper towels, toilet paper, and other similar items.
During certain times of the year, like Christmas, we do expand our gifting to include toys and special requests from children with disabilities or other children that fall within our mission. In addition, each Thanksgiving we are also able to help many families enjoy a holiday meal.
We do NOT provide cash, pay utility bills, mortgage payments, gift cards, or electronics.
(While we realize than XBox, PlayStation, laptops, IPads, or IPhone are really cool gifts, but we do not have these items at our Foundation and, we will not ask donors to supply them.)

When you fill out the form, please provide all of the information requested for each individual requesting assistance. Please provide as many details as possible including sizes of clothing, shoe size(s), favorite colors, etc. Details are very helpful and we will do our best to provide the "favorites" or requested brands. Many times we do not have certain brands, but, we will try to provide a similar brand and quality of product requested.
